The new ZG-TX 11200 from AMAZONE: a high-performance combi spreader

AMAZONE, a recognized leader in agricultural machinery, has introduced its new ZG-TX trailed fertilizer spreader, which sets new standards in the combined fertilizer spreader segment. This machine allows for precise spreading of both mineral fertilizers and wet lime by simply swapping between the TS spreading unit and the new lime spreading unit.

The ZG-TX combines the advantages of the TS spreading unit with the AutoTS integrated into the discs for optimum border distribution and high efficiency in lime spreading. Thanks to the simple Special frame and the reinforced Super frame, AMAZONE offers a reliable machine that meets all requirements.

Until now, combination spreaders have been considered machines that deliver fertilizer to two spreading discs or use a single belt conveyor for fertilizer and lime. However, the demand for higher precision is growing in the combined fertilizer spreader segment. AMAZONE has therefore decided to distinguish itself with an innovative approach to fertilizer metering combined with the precision of the TS spreading unit, and the result has been impressive. We offer spare parts for Sola, UNIA, Kuhn, ANNABURGER, Bergmann and Kverneland fertilizer spreaders.

Instead of a simple tray for distributing fertilizer to the disc, the ZG-TX is equipped with a unique system for adjusting the delivery point. This opens up the possibility of using functions such as Headland Control and Section Control. This ensures that the TS spreading device guarantees precise spreading over a working width of up to 54 m.

With the optional torque measurement system, FlowControl, in combination with the electrically controlled double slide and belt speed, ensures precise calibration from the very first seconds. And thanks to the intelligent consistency of the application cards, this is possible even regardless of the application side. Convincingly, the ZG-TX sets new standards in its class, providing farmers with the highest level of precision and productivity.
