DELIVERY
Our online store is open 24/7. All the orders are processed immediatelly during business hours (from 8:30 to 17:00) from Monday to Friday.
If the goods are available on our stock, shipping is possible on the day of the order.

We cooperate with all trucking companies of Ukraine. You can choose any convenient for you method of delivery: Nova Poshta, SAT, Gunsel, Delivery, Autolux.

The cost of the goods' delivery is regulated by the tariffs of the selected company. Your goods will be delivered within 2-3 days from the date of manufacture and completion of your order.
Also there is a possibility of a self-pickup. Our addresses are:

PAYMENT
Available payment methods are: bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery. If your option is self-pickup, cash payment is possible.

THE RETURN OF GOODS CAN BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS
The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation is preserved, and there is also a settlement document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods.

THE GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED IF:
• more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
• the product was in use, installed, there are traces of installation or operation;
• factory packaging is damaged;
• when checking the goods, signs of tampering were found;
• when checking the product, damage was found caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects into the product or exposure to extreme temperatures;
• there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods or a warranty card.
