The Fantini LH3 combine harvester offers all the same advantages as the Fantini L03 stationary model, but in addition to this, the Fantini LH3 corn harvester is now foldable for convenience and functionality. When folded, the LH3 is highly maneuverable and greatly simplifies transportation from field to field. And since no additional vehicles are required to move the header, this reduces labor costs during relocation. With features that significantly reduce harvesting losses, the LH3 delivers excellent grain flow and is compatible with any combine harvester.

Features:

In-line unit with clutch in a sealed gearbox: The cast-iron gearbox is equipped with high-tech hardened steel gears that are protected by an oil-bath torque limiter for exceptional durability and safety.

Side transmissions: Right-angle gearboxes and driveshaft couplings reduce the need for maintenance and make transmissions more reliable than chain drives.

Removable stalk choppers: Each chopper is equipped with large diameter steel disks with tungsten carbide coated knives for efficient cutting. Each chopper is mounted in the center rear position and connected directly to the collection drive gearbox. The shredders can be removed with pliers or a tapping tool.

Adjustment of the collection chain tension: The tension of the collection chain is controlled by a robust and simple bolted system that ensures reliability in all working conditions.

Collection rollers: The rollers are front-supported and equipped with spiral rollers for smooth and even stalk collection. A scraper knife prevents the grass from wrapping around the roller.

Adaptable settings: With the tilt setting, the header has universal settings that make it compatible with all combines. The tilt angle of the header can be easily adjusted to suit the working conditions.

Plastic covers for the rows: Available on models with 70, 75 and 80 cm row spacing, the plastic row covers are maintenance-free and help reduce crop loss when cobs fall on them.

Adjustable knives: The four reversible, adjustable knives are made of steel with carbide edges. They are securely bolted for easy maintenance and improve the harvesting process.

Adjustment knob: Operated directly from the cab, the knob system allows for optimal adjustment of the stripper plate spacing.

Conical side augers: Simple, lightweight and robust tapered side augers provide exceptional performance in the harvesting of swath corn.

Number of lines: 8 or 12.
