The YouTube channel "Sergii Legostaev About AGRO" visited Cherkasy and interviewed Sergii Viktorovych Bernevek, director and owner of Bas Agro Group LLC.

Sergii Legostaev: Good afternoon, dear viewers! Today we are in Cherkasy, where BasAgro produces many spare parts and components for corn harvesters from different manufacturers. We have with us Serhii Viktorovych, the director and owner of this company, who will give us a tour. Sergii Viktorovych, please tell us what exactly do you produce and why do you do this business?

Sergiy Bernevek: Good afternoon! Our company is engaged in the production and sale of spare parts for harvesters, seeders, combines, and mineral and organic fertilizer spreaders. We have been operating in the Ukrainian market for over 15 years, and we have had our own production for about 5 years. It is my passion to see an ordinary billet go through all the stages of processing and turn into a finished part, for example, an asterisk that looks as good as the original.

Sergey Legostaev: Impressive! What kind of spare parts do you produce?

Sergiy Bernevek: Basically, these are spare parts for corn harvesters of almost all manufacturers represented on the Ukrainian market. We also manufacture spare parts for John Deere, including headers and reels. We have warehouses in Cherkasy and Kryvyi Rih where we store finished products. Thus, we can quickly ship orders, which is especially important for farmers.

Sergii Legostaev: Why did you decide to start producing spare parts?

Sergey Bernevek: At one time, there was a big shortage of spare parts. My farmer friends often complained about the lack of original parts. At first, we imported, worked with China and Turkey, but realized that only our own production would allow us to control quality and speed. We visited factories in China, Turkey, and Europe, studied the processes, and gradually switched to our own production. Now we have design and production departments.

Sergii Legostaev: That's impressive! How do you assess the quality of your products compared to the originals?

Sergiy Bernevek: We give a guarantee for all our spare parts. The quality of our products is almost as good as the originals, and if you have any questions, we are always ready to replace parts or solve the problem in another way. We stand behind our products and always support our customers.

Sergii Legostaev: Do you work only on the Ukrainian market or do you have orders from abroad?

Sergiy Bernevek: We work with many European countries: Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, and even France. It is important that we have warehouses and can ship products quickly, which is not always possible in other countries.

Sergii Legostaev: How do you control the quality of materials?

Sergey Bernevek: Before launching production, we always check the materials for compliance with our standards and originals. We conduct chemical and spectral analyzes, check the hardness of the metal. This allows us to manufacture products that are as good as the original ones.

Sergey Legostaev: Are your products also labeled?

Sergey Bernevek: Yes, we mark our products with laser engraving. This is an additional protection and a guarantee that customers receive quality products. We care about the reputation of our company and are always ready to answer for every detail.
