The company also specializes in bronze bushings, springs, discs, and other necessary parts for repairing agricultural equipment.

Manufacturing Facilities

Roman Shnurovsky visited workshops covering the complete production cycle—from metal cutting to assembling finished components. The facilities use modern technologies such as laser cutting, press brakes, milling, and lathe machines. The cold riveting process, allowing quick and high-quality assembly of coulter discs, particularly impressed Roman.

Painting Workshop and Powder Coating

The painting workshop deserves special mention, where parts receive their final appearance. The company uses powder coating, which ensures high-quality finishes and durability. Roman noted that powder coating significantly surpasses traditional methods, such as enamel painting, due to its strength and aesthetic appeal.

Gear Cutting Workshop and Precision

In the gear-cutting workshop, Roman was shown the production of gears and other precision components. The use of CNC machines ensures accuracy, critically important for agricultural machinery.

Laser Engraving Machine

The facility also features a laser engraving machine, essential for marking details and inscriptions, particularly critical for export orders.

Finished Goods Warehouse

Roman visited the finished goods warehouse with a wide range of spare parts available. The company maintains significant inventory levels to quickly fulfill orders, particularly during peak seasons.

Roman Shnurovsky highlighted that "Bas-Agro Group" continuously implements new technologies and expands its product range. The company recently acquired a new erosion machine to manufacture complex components like screws.
