Agricultural machinery registration is available again: the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine’s registers have been restored
The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection announces that since January 20, 2025, the operation of the Unified and State Registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has been resumed after a temporary suspension. As a result, all transactions related to the registration of agricultural machinery are once again carried out in full. In particular, you can now submit applications for registration, obtain extracts from the relevant databases, and perform other notarial actions required for the proper registration of agricultural machinery in accordance with current legislation.
It is worth noting that all owners of agricultural transport can freely contact the territorial offices of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection to carry out state registration, re-registration, or de-registration of agricultural machinery. Currently, all necessary services are operational, so the process of submitting documents and making changes to the registers has returned to normal.
If you care about the reliable operation and longevity of your machinery, we recommend turning to trusted suppliers of spare parts. The BAS.UA website specializes in a wide range of components for agricultural machines, offering high-quality parts at affordable prices. Please note that all registration procedures must comply with current legislation, and you should prepare the required set of documents in advance for proper registration. If you have any additional questions regarding registration or obtaining extracts, we recommend contacting your local offices of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or using the consultations available on the agency’s official online resources.
