Manure spreader Manure Professor from Briri: Power and precise distribution

Briri, the German manufacturer of agricultural machinery, presents its 2024 model of the Manure Professor, which stands out for its power and precision spreading. Weighing 24 tons in tandem and 34 tons in tridem, this manure spreader is ideal for transverse spreading and large quantities of spreading materials. The proven BRIRI wide spreader, optimized with a PTO drive, spreads manure, compost, sewage sludge or lime over a distance of up to 28 m.

The spreader drive

The Manure Professor spreader is driven by a PTO shaft, which ensures reliable power transmission and smooth running. Due to its high maintainability and low wear, the transmission maintenance intervals are significantly extended.

Scraper floor conveyor

The hydraulically controlled reversible scraper floor conveyor consists of robust U-shaped profiles offset on two tracks. This minimizes slipping. The high-strength 14 mm conveyor chains have a breaking load of 21 tons. The open toothed gears ensure good self-cleaning and thus prevent chain breakage.

Chassis

To ensure the smallest turning radius, the Manure Professor is equipped with a narrow drawbar. The standard hydraulic suspension ensures the optimum position of the spreader on the field and on the road. The tires can be freely selected from 710/R26.5 to 800/45R30.5.

Precision farming

In combination with an ISOBUS controller and the appropriate TC-GEO activations, differential fertilization can be realized. The aim is to apply the right amount of fertilizer at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantity.

Calibration of the application rate

At the lowest level of equipment, the application rate can be adjusted manually and continuously from the cab. At the next higher level, the scraper floor conveyor is automatically adjusted by volume. At the full equipment level, the spreading rate is fully automatically adjusted by weight.
