Laser Metal Cutting in Practice: How Bas-Agro Group LLC Manufactured Unique Trophies for a Competition

Laser metal cutting is a technology that is well suited not only for manufacturing technical parts, structural elements, or blanks for agricultural machinery. It also makes it possible to create custom products with an individual design — from decorative elements to original awards for sporting events.

One such example is the production of metal trophies for a country-cross competition that took place on May 30–31 in the village of Nosachiv. For this project, Bas-Agro Group LLC first cut separate metal plates — the individual elements of the future trophy. It is during the laser cutting stage that the geometry of the parts, contours, decorative cutouts, and main visual elements of the product are formed.

After the metal was cut, the individual parts went through the next production stages: joining, welding, assembly, and painting. As a result, ordinary metal blanks were transformed into finished unique awards for the winners. This is a good example of how industrial equipment can be used not only for serial technical products, but also for individual custom orders where shape, accuracy, and a distinctive appearance are important.
