Ukraine has a variety of climatic conditions, so the start of harvesting in the country may vary depending on the region and crop. Typically, harvesting in Ukraine starts in July and lasts until August or even September. This period is determined by the maturity of the plants, climatic conditions, and the crop being harvested. Grain crops such as wheat, barley and corn are usually harvested in July and August. However, the exact start dates for harvesting can vary from region to region and depend on many factors such as climate conditions, weather patterns throughout the year, and the types of crops that are grown.
