State program of partial compensation of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment

The state program for partial compensation of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery is undergoing constant development and expansion. As of August 20, 2024, 121 Ukrainian producers participate in the program, offering more than 11,000 units of agricultural machinery and equipment, the purchase of which is subject to partial compensation of 25% of their cost. The total amount of funding for the program for this year is UAH 1 billion.

The importance of the program for the agricultural sector

The program is an important incentive for the development of domestic production of agricultural machinery and contributes to the successful conduct of sowing campaigns. It helps Ukrainian farmers to upgrade their machinery fleet at minimal cost, which has a positive impact on the efficiency of agricultural production.

How to receive compensation?

To receive compensation, agricultural producers must:

  1. Select a supplier from the official list on the Ministry of Economy's website.
  2. Purchase the necessary equipment.
  3. Submit an application with supporting documents to an authorized bank.
  4. Receive compensation to the bank account.

The procedure for inclusion in the list

Manufacturers wishing to include their equipment in the list may contact the Ministry of Economy at the official e-mail address [email protected]. The application must be submitted in electronic form using an electronic signature or other means of identification that allow to establish the identity of the director or authorized person.

Updating and verification of the list

The list of machinery and equipment is regularly updated after verification of the localization of production. The eligibility of producers is determined in accordance with the criteria set out in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 130 dated March 1, 2017 (as amended).

The program of partial compensation of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery is an important tool to support the national agricultural sector, which contributes to the increase of production efficiency and development of the domestic market of agricultural machinery.
