BEDNAR MATADOR MO

The BEDNAR MATADOR MO seed drill, introduced this year in Ukraine, is designed for Strip-Till technology. This seeder has a working width of 6 meters and simultaneously performs deep tillage, fertilization and sowing of crops. Strip-Till technology provides agronomic benefits such as moisture conservation, erosion protection, better heating and aeration of the soil in the strips, fewer passes across the field, and more efficient use of fertilizers.

The seed drill is equipped with a two-chamber pressed hopper with a total capacity of 5000 liters (chamber ratio 40:60). In addition, the seed drill can be equipped with the ALFA DRILL 400 micro granulator for sowing small-seeded crops in the inter-row spacing or for applying micro granulated fertilizers. The ALFA DRILL control is integrated into the MATADOR MO seed drill interface.

Strip-Till technology

The machine is equipped with NON-STOP hydraulic protection tines with a maximum working force of 870 kg. The maximum lift of the tines in case of an obstacle is 30 cm. They can be equipped with 40 or 80 mm wide chisels. The MATADOR MO 6000 has a total of 16 tines in two rows with a spacing of 35 (37.5) cm. The tines are equipped with tips for applying fertilizer into the soil profile or on the soil surface. The disc section, which is located after the working tines, is hydraulically adjustable and levels the soil in front of the tire roller. The double roller on rubber wheels is a great advantage of MATADOR MO seed drills. The roller has an offset arrangement of wheels in two rows with a large distance between the first and second rows and their independent mounting. This design reduces the need for tractor traction and prevents waves from forming and clogging the roller when working in wet conditions.

Various attachment options

The MATADOR MO can be equipped with the CORSA CN sowing unit on the rear three-point linkage for standard sowing of grains or oilseeds. The sowing section is equipped with double disc coulters with parallelogram mounting with row spacing of 12.5 cm (25 cm, 37.5 cm, etc.) or for double rows with row spacing of 12.5 cm and 25 cm between the double rows. The MATADOR MO can also be combined with precision seed drills for sowing corn, sugar beet or sunflower.

Intuitive operation and easy calibration

The new BEDNAR EASY CONTROL software makes it easy for operators to control the seed drill, providing simple and well-organized operation. The drill is ISOBUS compatible and can be operated via the BEDNAR ISOBUS display. In addition, BEDNAR developers have created a mobile application that allows you to calibrate the seeder easily and simply from your mobile phone.

Crop monitoring in real conditions

When developing new models of equipment, BEDNAR monitors not only the technical characteristics of the units, but also the results of their work. Recently, a demonstration sowing of winter rape with the MATADOR MO seeder on heavy soils was carried out, which showed positive results, in particular in the formation of bushes.
