24 May 2025 — In Weifang, Shandong Province, China, Lovol Intelligent Agricultural Machinery inaugurated an ultra-modern tractor plant designed around the “5G + Industrial Internet” concept. The investment totals CNY 3 billion (≈ USD 420 million), and the rated capacity is 100 000 high-horsepower tractors annually—roughly one tractor every four minutes.

Paperless Intelligent Manufacturing

• Automation: Robots handle 93 % of machining, 72 % of welding and 95 % of painting tasks.
• End-to-end digital flow: All workshops are linked via a unified cloud-based MES that monitors quality in real time.
• Modular lines assemble tractors with CVT and PowerShift gearboxes (> 100 hp); the new P7240 CVT already supports autonomous driving and precision-ag features.
